APPAREL ONLINE MAGAZINE

India’s only fortnightly news magazine to provide exclusive and in-depth coverage of the garment export trade and  industry. With its print run of 30,000 copies every fortnightly it carries news, views and analyses for the industry and in many ways by the industry. Apparel Online highlight issues related to and for the apparel industry regarding product, market, trend, sourcing strategies, compliance and human resource concerns.

APPAREL ONLINE (HINDI) MAGAZINE

It is the first Hindi monthly magazine for the textile and garment industry. The magazine features articles on latest products, emerging markets, management and technology issues. Besides all issues of concern to the growth of the garment manufacturing and export industry, the magazine also talks about concepts like methods improvement, motivation, incentive, supervisor and operator training as well as latest technologies and software in the Garment industry. The magazine brings views of  prominent buyers and export house managers whose thoughts matter to our industry. The upper management cadre to the supervisor is the magazine’s target audience.

FASHION FORWARD

In the serious business of Fashion, AO introduces the first ever trend book – Fashion Forward for Indian exporters… created by a team of 8 industry informed professionals, from fashion designing, fashion communication, merchandising and marketing, who understand the pulse of international fashion. The trend book is unique and different in its premises from other similar books in the market, as it attempts to address the product development needs of Indian exports specifically; an extension to what our fashion section of Apparel Online has been doing for a long time, so any comparison to international trend books would be unwarranted. Outlining women’s wear for the season S/S ’12, under five key themes – Eco Call, Color Pop, Sheer Illusion, White Influence and Tribal the book contains moot boards, silhouettes, prints and patterns, fabric suggestions, buttons, zippers, stones and studs… a complete package for product development. The themes are international but the resources are Indian, as 25 companies share their developments for S/S ’12 in line with global forecast. Actual fabric swatches heighten the usefulness of the trend book… just what is needed for targeted collection presentations.
